Founded in 1965 by Joe Gold, Gold’s Gym became the “Mecca of Bodybuilding.” It was where Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno trained, and where the modern fitness industry was born. Today, we carry that same passion for strength and transformation to Jeddah.
